TANZANIA DELUXE SAFARI

The Serengeti National Park is synonymous with the Great Wildebeest Migration that takes place every year. Over two million wildebeest and thousands of zebra and gazelles trek hundreds of miles across the vast plains in their quest to find better grazing. Travel between April and May to see the migrating Wildebeest feeding on the open plains of the Serengeti. This 7-day safari is ideal for those who want to keep the costs of their Tanzania safari down and who are flexible with their travel dates as the safari departs twice a month.

TANZANIA DELUXE SAFARI ITINERARY

DAY 1: Arusha

TRANSFER TO ARUSHA HOTEL

At Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO), you will be met by our Predator Safari Club representative. He will assist you with your luggage and drive to your hotel in Arusha City, brief you on your itinerary and help you with your check-in at your hotel.

Overnight at Arusha Serena Hotel, Resort & Spa.

DAY 2: Lake Manyara National Park

LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast depart for Lake Manyara National Park with a picnic lunch box. Enjoy a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, located between the rocks of the Great Rift Valley and the Manyara Lake. The beauty of this park is partly due to its large variety of birdlife, grasslands, forests, and water.
Overnight at Lake Manyara Serena Lodge OR Manyara View Lodge.

DAY 3 & 4: Serengeti National Park

DAY 3:
SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, depart to the Serengeti National Park with a picnic Lunch box. We drive via Olduvai Gorge with the option of visiting a Maasai Village (US$35 pp). Enjoy the full-day game drive in the Serengeti. Grasslands cover more than one-third of the park, and you will find many animals throughout the year.
Overnight at Serengeti Serena Lodge OR Serea Mbuzi Mawa Camp.

DAY 4:
SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Enjoy a full-day game drive in the Serengeti National Park with a picnic lunch box. Relax and enjoy the vast beauty that Africa has to offer. The Serengeti is one of the few places in Africa where game sanctuaries have remained completely unspoiled.
Overnight at Serengeti Serena Lodge OR Serea Mbuzi Mawa Camp.

DAY 5: Ngorongoro Crater

NGORONGORO CRATER

We wake up early in the morning and after breakfast depart to the Ngorongoro Crater via Malanja Depression. We are passing through various Masai Villages towards our lodge.

Overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge OR Ngorongoro Lions Paw Camp.

DAY 6: Lake Manyara National Park

NGORONGORO CRATER TO LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, we descend 600 m into the magnificent crater for game drives. Witness an unforgettable spectacle of African wildlife - a world teeming with animals. The park sustains a wide variety of animals, including the black rhino, with its year-round water supply and fodder. Later in the late afternoon ascend to the crater rim and drive to the lodge.

DAY 7: Arusha

DAY 7:

ARUSHA CITY

After breakfast travel by road to Arusha City via the Great Rift Valley and the African village of Mto wa Mbu. Arrive in Arusha around midday and transfer to the Kilimanjaro International Airport for your international flight. (Add an extra night in the Serengeti National Park or add a few days on Zanzibar Island).

*AIRPORT TRANSFER:

Please, not Tanzania Deluxe Safari is a group safari and Airport transfer as mention on the itinerary. Day 01 of the itinerary will be pick up and Day 07 will be Airport drop off. If the client decides to arrive earlier than as per itinerary or choose to leave later, extra charges for airport transfer will apply one-way US$70.00.

*ACCOMMODATION:

Our main goal is customer satisfaction. On Tanzania Deluxe Safari we hold block booking with the Serena Lodges. We reserve the rights to re-route the programme starting the safari from Serengeti or Ngorongoro Crater instead of Lake Lake Manyara. There will be no loss on game drives, and alternative accommodation maybe use. Alternative accommodation in Lake Manyara: Serena Lodge or Kirurumu Tented Camp. In Ngorongoro Crater: Serena Lodge or Ngorongoro Explorean. In Serengeti: Serengeti Serena Lodge, Mbuzi Mawe Tented Camp or Kirawira Tented camp. Accommodation is base on a first-come, first-serve basis.

*NATIONAL PARK FEES:

National Park fees are valid for 24 hours period from the time of entry. On all our calculation, we have included one park fees per person per day. In the case of clients delay, clients will be responsible for paying the extra park fees.
